    Quiet by nature, sharp by instinct. She stays behind the scenes, keeping the chaos structured and the ideas bold. Allergic to boring ideas, drawn to the artsy and the unexpected. A fixer, a thinker, the Guardian of balance in the creative department, preferably away from meetings and unnecessary noise.

    Always first in the office, running on snacks, headphones, and a permanent state of sleepy restlessness. In focus mode she’s unreachable (borderline deaf), until a design is questioned... THEN she’s all in. Zero tolerance for inconsistent identities, a soft spot for ideas that move (literally), and a calm demeanor that masks more opinions than she lets on.
